Natsumi Kamata is a Japanese actress born on August 19, 1988 in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. She launched her entertainment career after being scouted in 2006, and made her acting debut in 2008 with the horror DVD Hontou wa Kowai Douyou VOL.1. Beyond her on-screen work, Kamata provided voice acting for the anime series Gokujo: Gokurakuin Joshi Koryo Monogatari in 2012.

Her most notable voice role is that of Sayaka Kisaragi in the television series Phone Braver 7 (Ketai Sosakan 7), which aired in 2008. In this series, she played a recurring character named Kisaragi Sayaka.

Kamata graduated from Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya High School and briefly attended a women's university in Kyoto before leaving to pursue her career full-time. Her filmography includes roles in live-action productions such as Soft Boy, The Movie: The Hard Life, and the television drama adaptation of Futari Ecchi.
