One of her most significant voice roles in the anime sphere is Lin Beifong in the Nickelodeon series The Legend of Korra. This character, a stoic and powerful chief of police and the daughter of the original series character Toph Beifong, is a fan favorite and represents a major achievement in Sterling's voice acting career. Her other notable voice work for Nickelodeon includes voicing Morgana in the Nickelodeon version of the animated series Winx Club, which draws heavily on magical girl anime conventions.
