Yuri Mykhaylychenko is a voice actor, musician, and actor of Spanish nationality, born in 1967 in the former Soviet Union, specifically Ukraine. His artistic training was comprehensive; he studied music and piano as well as acting and directing at the Theater University in Kiev. Before establishing himself in Western Europe, he was active in the Soviet music scene during the Perestroika era, collaborating with notable rock groups and representing Kiev at various music festivals. His career path led him to Barcelona in 1992, where he has since worked on a wide range of artistic projects.

Within the field of voice acting, Mykhaylychenko has worked regularly on dubbing films and series into Spanish, Catalan, and Russian. One of his notable anime voice roles is in the long-running series Detective Conan, where he provided in-off voice work for the Spain dub during the first eighty episodes. His film dubbing work includes the role of Voshkod in the Spanish dub of the live-action animated feature Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Beyond voice acting, his on-screen appearances include a small role as Ushakov in the 2024 film Apocalipsis Z: El principio del fin and a guest-starring role in the series La Unidad. He was also one of the protagonists of the film Finisterrae, for which he provided voice work in the original version.

Mykhaylychenko is a multifaceted artist whose achievements extend beyond acting. As a musical producer, he has worked on more than twenty records. He has also composed several soundtracks for theater productions and a documentary. Additionally, he is the author of two books of poetry.
