Mark Mitchinson is an English-born New Zealand actor who has extensive credits in film, television, and voice work. Born in London on July 6, 1966, he trained at the Guildhall School of Speech and Drama in London. While he is primarily known as a screen and voice actor for various international productions, his voice roles have become a significant part of his career. He has received awards for his work in New Zealand television dramas, including a Best Performance by an Actor award at the 2012 New Zealand Television Awards for his role in the television movie Siege.

His voice acting is most prominently featured in the Power Rangers franchise, where he has voiced a wide array of characters across multiple series.
