Ryō Katō, born February 13, 1990, in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese actor and entertainer whose career has included voice acting for anime and animated projects. He began his entertainment career at the age of ten, making his debut in 2000 on the variety show Appare Sanma Dai Sensei. He later graduated from the Department of Moving Images and Performing Arts in the Faculty of Art and Communication at Tama Art University and is represented by the agency Cube.

Katō is known for his extensive work in live-action film and television, but he has taken on several roles as a voice actor. One of his earliest and most recognized roles was the character Toshihiko Negishi in the 2008 live-action film adaptation of the manga and anime series Detroit Metal City. While this is a live-action performance, it is a prominent role in a franchise known for its original animated source material.

His specific credits for voice-over work in animation include the 2017 series aiseki Mogol Girl, in which he provided the voice for the character Fuyumi. In 2019, he appeared in the anime series Sarazanmai, lending his voice to multiple zombie characters and other roles throughout the series. He also performed voice work for the series Tonkatsu DJ Agetaro in 2020, playing the character Mitsuo Muro. His other voice-acting credits from this period include the series aiseki MOGOL GIRL.

Katō has appeared in a wide range of live-action television dramas and films, including roles in Gakkō no Kaidan, Kaitō Yamaneko, Yutori desu ga nani ka, and the film Fly Me to the Saitama. His diverse career also includes work in stage productions, such as performing the role of Choji Akimichi in Live Spectacle Naruto in 2015, as well as appearing in commercials and music videos.
