Samuel Oseguera is a Mexican dubbing actor, translator, and director with a significant body of work in anime localization for the Latin American Spanish market. His career encompasses voice acting, adaptation, and direction, making him a multifaceted professional in the dubbing industry.

In anime, Oseguera is recognized for a range of prominent roles. He is known for voicing Fennel in the series Deca-Dence. His other notable anime credits include Zapp Renfro in Blood Blockade Battlefront, several characters in the Overlord franchise including Ampetif Cocco Doll, Chosuke Takada in Assassination Classroom, Gyes Dedoldia in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, Siegfried Marquez in Wise Man's Grandchild, and Marten Liebert in Spice and Wolf.
