Kouki Mitomo is a Japanese voice actor and actor known primarily for his work in Japanese dubbing for foreign films and television series. Born on August 16, 1950, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, his career has spanned several decades, beginning in the mid-1980s. He is associated with the theatrical company Subaru.

Mitomo is perhaps best recognized for providing the Japanese dub voice for the character Theodore Galloway, the National Security Advisor, in the 2009 film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. The character, portrayed in the original English version by actor John Benjamin Hickey, is a politically territorial bureaucrat who clashes with the Autobots and the NEST military team.

Beyond this prominent role, Mitomo has an extensive history of dubbing for Hollywood films. He is notably the consistent Japanese voice for Alfred Pennyworth, the loyal butler to Batman, across several films in the franchise. His work as Alfred includes the Tim Burton and Joel Schumacher-era films Batman Returns (1992), Batman Forever (1995), and Batman & Robin (1997). His other film dubbing credits include roles in Braveheart (1995), Taking Lives (2004), and Ant-Man.

In addition to film dubbing, Mitomo has contributed to Japanese animation and television drama. His anime work includes a role in the long-running mystery series The File of Young Kindaichi (1997). He has also appeared in live-action Japanese television dramas such as Dokuganryu Masamune (1987), the long-running detective series Aibō (2013), and the historical drama Tokugawa Yoshinobu (1998). His career also encompasses stage performances, with credits including productions of Hamlet, Richard III, and Grave of the Fireflies.
