Robin Atkin Downes is an English voice actor born in London on September 6, 1976. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 1997 and is based in Los Angeles, California. While he has appeared in live-action roles, he has become particularly well-known for his extensive voice work in animation and video games.

In the realm of animated series, Downes has voiced a wide range of characters across many popular shows. He provided the voice for Cham Syndulla, a Twi'lek freedom fighter, in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and later reprised the role in Star Wars Rebels. He also voiced the villainous Mumm-Ra in the 2011 Thundercasts series. His other animation credits include roles in Avatar: The Last Airbender, where he played a Captain and the Circus Master, as well as parts in Justice League Unlimited, Ben 10, Regular Show, and The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. He has voiced characters in the DC animated universe as well, including the Mad Hatter in Batman: Bad Blood and Bullock in Batman: The Killing Joke.
