Spencer Garrett is an American actor who has also performed voice work for anime productions, most notably voicing President Raiko in the animated series The Legend of Korra. In addition to voicing the leader of the United Republic, he provided voices for several other characters in the series, including a male bandit, a lookout, a guard, and a soldier.
