Rinako Matsuoka is a Japanese actress and voice performer born on May 23, 1984, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She entered the entertainment industry in 2005 with a leading role in the film The Reason for a Sigh.

Matsuoka is perhaps best known for her recurring role as Moe Suzuki in the popular Nodame Cantabile franchise. Moe Suzuki is a flute player and a supporting character within the series. Matsuoka first portrayed the character in the 2006 Fuji Television drama adaptation of Nodame Cantabile. She would go on to reprise the role in subsequent installments, including the 2008 specials Nodame Cantabile in Paris and Nodame Cantabile: Europe Special, the 2008 animated series Nodame Cantabile: Paris Hen, as well as the 2009 film Nodame Cantabile: The Movie I.

Beyond her work in the Nodame Cantabile series, Matsuoka's broader career has primarily focused on live-action television and film. Her television credits include appearances in the 2007 drama Secret Garden, the 2010 series Q10, and the 2017 drama Masshiro: Jalouse nante dame na watashi? (also known as Minshu no Teki). She also had a guest role in the 2012 series Town Girl Detective and the 2008 series 33-Minute Detective. On film, her work includes roles in the romantic drama Ai no Kotodama (2007), the war drama The Red Cross: Women's Enlistment Notice (2015), and the superhero series Kamen Rider W (2009). Her stage work has included productions such as Resurrection Blood.
