Ikumi Fujiwara is a Japanese voice actress and narrator who also performs under the name Ikumi Hayama. Her professional career began in 2004 with a debut role in the OVA series Le Portrait de Petite Cossette, where she was credited under her birth name. Born in Tokyo on November 17, 1984, she has been active in the voice acting industry for over two decades.

She has been affiliated with several talent agencies throughout her career. She joined the agency Vi-Vo in December 2008 before leaving at the end of 2014. After a brief period as a freelancer at the start of 2015, she joined her current agency, Clare Voice, in April of that same year.

Fujiwara has portrayed a wide range of characters across many anime series. One of her early recurring roles was Laki Olietta in the long-running fantasy series Fairy Tail. She provided the voice for the Pokémon trainer Cabernet, known as Burgundy in English adaptations, in the Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes! series. Other notable television anime roles include Sayaka Kirasaka in Strike the Blood, Nekonya in Girls und Panzer, Tsubaki Andou in Shirobako, and Anka Rheinberger in Attack on Titan. She also lent her voice to the character Mayumi Nemoto in the supernatural series Jigoku Shōjo.

In addition to her work in television, Fujiwara has reprised her role as Sayaka Kirasaka in multiple original video animation sequels of Strike the Blood, including Strike the Blood II, III, and IV. She also voiced the character Heliodor in the fantasy series Vermeil in Gold. Her other major roles include Kayo Maruta in Citrus, Farrah Umlauf in BBK/BRNK, Sanae Hououin in Keijo, and Atori Kuramine in Witch Craft Works.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated versatility, appearing in a variety of genres from action to comedy to drama, and continues to be an active presence in the industry.
