Takanori Jinnai is a Japanese actor, singer, and film director born on August 12, 1958, in Okawa, Fukuoka, Japan. He is primarily known for his extensive live-action career, with voice acting being a smaller facet of his work. Before his on-screen career, he was the vocalist for the punk rock band The Rockers.

While Jinnai is primarily a live-action actor, he has ventured into voice acting for anime and animated films. A significant milestone came in 2010 when he took on his first voice acting role for the 13th animated Pokemon film, "Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl—Phantom Ruler Zoroark".
