Yūzō Mikawa was a Japanese actor and voice actor born on August 25, 1925, in Tokyo. He was affiliated with the talent agency Kiraboshi and was previously a member of the theater company Gekidan Bunkaza. Mikawa passed away in 2008.

Mikawa’s career spanned several decades, during which he was active in television dramas, films, and voice acting. His voice acting work primarily included roles in anime television series from the 1990s. Notable anime credits include appearances in Ranma 1/2 Nettou-hen, Cooking Papa, Street Fighter II V, Violinist of Hameln, Hime-chan no Ribbon, and Bakuhatsu Hunter. He also provided voice work for the Japanese dub of the American television series Pippi Longstocking.

In addition to voice acting, Mikawa had an extensive career in live-action television and film. He appeared in numerous NHK taiga dramas, including Ryoma ga Yuku, Kaze to Kumo to Niji to, and Kunitori Monogatari. His film appearances include the Japanese film Yatsuhaka-mura and the American horror film The Grudge 2. He also had roles in popular television series such as Taiyo ni Hoero and the Asadora drama Oshin.
