Flavia Fontenelle is a Brazilian voice actress and dubbing director with a career spanning several decades in the Brazilian entertainment industry. Born in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, on August 1, 1978, she has become known for her extensive work in anime, animated series, and live-action dubbing.

Fontenelle's voice acting portfolio includes numerous prominent roles in anime series. She is recognized for providing the voice of Sasami across multiple installments of the Tenchi Muyo! franchise, including Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, Tenchi Universe, Tenchi in Tokyo, and the Tenchi Muyo! Mihoshi Special. In the science fiction western series Trigun, she voiced the character Rem Saverem, a key figure in the backstory of the protagonist Vash the Stampede. Her work in the anime fantasy series The Seven Deadly Sins includes voicing the character Veronica, as well as Prankster Imps in an episode.

Beyond anime, Fontenelle has contributed to dubbing for live-action productions. She gained significant recognition for dubbing the character Roberta Pardo in the Latin American telenovela Rebelde. In an interview, she described landing the role as an unexpected opportunity that came through a test and noted the character's impulsiveness as a trait they shared. Her other telenovela dubbing work includes Luz Clarita, Cúmplices de um Resgate, O Diário de Daniela, Sortilégio, and Primeiro Amor. She also performed additional voices for the live-action film Aeon Flux.

Her work in Western animation includes voicing Candace Flynn in Phineas & Ferb, Ametista in Steven Universo, and Lapiseira in As Meninas Superpoderosas: Geração Z. For Disney productions, she dubbed Maddie Fitzpatrick in Zack & Cody: Gêmeos em Ação, Casey Carlyle in Sonhos no Gelo, and Branca de Neve in the Histórias de Princesas DVD series.

In addition to her voice acting, Flavia Fontenelle has worked as a dubbing director and holds degrees in Law and Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, as well as certification from the Cambridge Academy of English.
