She is known to French audiences for her live-action role as Isabelle in the Disney Channel series Mère et Fille.

In the realm of animation dubbing, Desplantes has lent her voice to a variety of characters in both anime and Western animation. She is the French voice of Kobachi Osaragi in the anime series Kaguya-sama: Love is War, reprising the role across its second season and the third season, Ultra Romantic.
