Shiro Gou, born May 31, 1947, in Tokyo, is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator. His real name and former stage name is Ikuzo Ogihara. He is currently affiliated with the talent agency Production Tanc. Before adopting the stage name Shiro Gou in the 2000s, he worked extensively under his birth name. His early career was grounded in theater, as he was a member of the prominent Kansai Geijutsuza theater group for thirty years, which helped establish his foundation in the performing arts.

As a voice actor, Gou is frequently recognized for his deep, distinctive, and often authoritative vocal tone. This quality has led him to be cast in a wide range of anime series across several decades. His anime voice roles include Kaby Melon in Fairy Tail, the Previous Boss in Bungo Stray Dogs, an Inspector General Department member in Jujutsu Kaisen, and Danny in Great Pretender. In the series Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, he voiced General Apson. His other notable voice credits include roles in Planetes, Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid, Blue Exorcist, Speed Grapher, Yakitate!! Japan, Detective Conan, and the role of Sadogi in Captain Earth.

In addition to his work in television anime, Gou has played roles in several well-known film and feature projects. He provided the voice for NightKids Member D in the series Initial D and portrayed the character of Ryuhei Sasagawa, Boy Number 10, in the film Battle Royale.
