Kevan Ohtsuji

Kevan Ohtsji is a Canadian actor and voice actor born on May 14, 1978, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is of Japanese heritage, part of a family that has lived in Canada for three generations.

Ohtsji began his on-screen career in the mid-1990s. His first known role was in the 1995 live-action film Crying Freeman, where he played the character Takeshi Shimazaki. He has since appeared in numerous television series and films, including roles in Stargate SG-1, Smallville, The Man in the High Castle, Altered Carbon, and Shōgun. His film work includes playing a nervous engineer in the 2014 film Godzilla.

As a voice actor, Ohtsji has contributed to several animated projects. In 2004, he voiced the characters Kamakura and Slice in the animated film G.I. Joe: Valor vs. Venom. He is particularly known for his role as the voice of Taro Kitano in the Hot Wheels franchise, starting with the 2003 film Hot Wheels: World Race and continuing with the AcceleRacers series.
