Sang-Heon Lee is a South Korean voice actor known for his extensive work in Korean-language dubbing of anime and animated series. He is a member of the 3rd generation of voice actors for the Daekyo Broadcasting Voice Actor Theater Association, having joined the broadcasting company's voice acting division in the late 1990s, and has served as the president of the association.

His voice acting portfolio includes a wide variety of roles, from gentle young men to more imposing and profound villainous characters. Among his many anime dubbing credits, Lee is recognized for portraying Yosho in the Tenchi Muyo! series and Katsuhito Masaki in the film Tenchi Forever!: The Movie. His other notable roles include Ookusa in Ichigo 100%, Vincent Athari (credited as Vincent Altseye) in Last Exile, and Atsushi in She, The Ultimate Weapon.

Throughout his career, Lee has provided voices for characters across numerous other popular series such as Death Note, Hunter x Hunter, Full Metal Panic, Eyeshield 21, and Jewel Pet Twinkle. He has also voiced characters in the Super Sentai franchise, including the final boss Ginis in Power Rangers Animal Force. He is noted as the first voice actor not originally from KBS or Daewon Broadcasting to participate in a re-dubbing of One Piece.
