Chika Yoshitomi is a Japanese voice actress born on July 31, 1985, in Nagasaki Prefecture. She is also known by the stage names Fumino Yotsuba and the alternative spelling of her given name, Chika Yoshitomi.

Yoshitomi is perhaps best known for her role as the Senior at the Marshmallow Factory in the 2016 anime series Ojisan to Marshmallow. This series was a collection of short episodes centered on office workers and their shared love of marshmallows. Her other notable voice roles from 2016 include providing voices for multiple characters in the series Kiitarou Shounen no Youkai Enikki, where she played the roles of Futtachi and a youkai, as well as a student in Ozmafia!!.

In 2017, she appeared in the series Netsuzou Trap: NTR as a classmate and as Yuma no Haha (Yuma's mother), and also provided the voice for a television announcement in Osake wa Fuufu ni Natte kara. The following year, 2018, saw her take on several roles in Tachibana-kan to Lie Angle, including an announcement voice, a festival guest, and the voice of Konomi's mother. That same year, she also voiced the character Furuya's mother in the web series Musunde Hiraite.

Her later television credits include work on the popular musical franchise series Bang Dream! In its second and third seasons, which aired in 2019 and 2020 respectively, she voiced background characters such as a staff member and a person in black clothes.

In addition to her work in general audience anime, Yoshitomi has voiced characters in adult anime series under alternative names.
