Manami Sugihira is a Japanese voice actress born on May 27, 1991, in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Stardas21. Her journey into voice acting began during her second year of high school after watching the television anime Kekkaishi, which inspired her to pursue this career. She later graduated from the Graduate School of Film and New Media at Tokyo University of the Arts.

Sugihira made her debut as a voice actress in 2015, providing the voice for the character Ko-yuki in the video game Yakuza 0. She is perhaps best known for her role as Marina Unami, a teacher at Yukina Shirahane's high school, in the 2016 anime series Kuromukuro, a project produced for the 15th anniversary of the animation studio P.A. Works. Her other work in television animation includes a role in the critically acclaimed 2016 film In This Corner of the World.

The majority of Manami Sugihira's professional acting credits are in the video game industry, with a particularly strong and recurring presence in the Yakuza (Like a Dragon) series. After her debut, she voiced the character Mirai in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life in 2016. She continued her work with the franchise by voicing Yukie in Yakuza Kiwami 2 in 2017, and again as Yukie in Yakuza Online in 2019. In 2020, she voiced Yukie and several other unnamed characters in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. Her most recent role in the series as of 2023 was providing the voice for the character Ryu in Like a Dragon: Ishin!. Her consistent casting across multiple entries in this major Sega franchise represents a significant part of her professional portfolio and a notable recurring collaboration with the game's casting directors.
