Chiharu Kitaoka, also known by her former stage name Aya Goda, is a retired Japanese voice actress born on December 16, 1988, in Kitami, Hokkaido. She began her voice acting career in 2009 after moving to Tokyo, making her debut in the anime series Kiddy Girl-and, where she voiced the main character Q-feuille. During this early period, she was affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace.

In September 2012, Kitaoka left Production Ace to work as a freelance voice actress and adopted the stage name Chiharu Kitaoka. She continued taking on various roles in anime, video games, and OVAs until her retirement from voice acting in 2016.

Kitaoka voiced Threia Hazelgrimm in the series Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky. Threia is a 26-year-old historian with alchemical knowledge who works as a field researcher. She also voiced Dandan, a character reimagining the Danguard Ace robot, in the Toei animated shorts series Robot Girls Z.

Other significant voice roles include Jouto Akutagawa in R-15, Salas (also known as Sarasvati or Kirara Hoshikawa) in Is This a Zombie? and its sequel Is This a Zombie? of the Dead, Furan Takaki in Maken-ki!, Saeko Suzae in A Dark Rabbit Has Seven Lives, and Ichihachi in Upotte!!. She also performed voice work for Recorder and Randsell as Takumi and appeared in The Testament of Sister New Devil as a young Takashi.

Beyond voice acting, Kitaoka was active as a radio personality, hosting shows such as the Kiddy Girl-and GTO Café Touch & Go and web radio programs for anime projects including R-15. She also contributed vocals to character songs and anime theme albums for series such as Kiddy Girl-and, R-15, Maken-ki!, and Is This a Zombie?.
