Rafa Torres is a Spanish voice actor whose professional career is documented primarily through his work on Spanish-language dubs of Japanese anime series and films. He is recognized for taking over the role of the shape-shifting pig Oolong in the Dragon Ball franchise, beginning with the film Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and continuing into the series Dragon Ball Super. This role was previously voiced by Antonio Inchausti, and Torres prepared extensively to capture the essence and nuances of the character as established by his predecessor. His other notable role within the Dragon Ball universe is providing the voice for the heroic Android Number 16 in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Z Kai.
