Kelamis is most famously known for his role as the voice of Goku in the Ocean Group English dub of the iconic anime series Dragon Ball Z. He stepped into the role in 1997, replacing Ian James Corlett during the FUNimation and Saban Entertainment dub for episodes 38 through 53. In this same period, he also portrayed the character in the Pioneer and FUNimation English dubs of the early Dragon Ball Z films, including Dead Zone, The World's Strongest, and The Tree of Might. He later reprised the role of Goku in 2000 for a different English dub produced by Westwood Media and AB Groupe for the United Kingdom and Canadian markets, voicing the character from episodes 108 to 144 before leaving the production. For a brief time, he also provided the voice of Master Roshi in the Dragon Ball Z Ocean dub.

Beyond the world of Dragon Ball Z, Kelamis has a diverse portfolio of anime and animation roles. He provided the voice of Shuichi Tataki in the English dub of the anime series Key the Metal Idol. In Western animation, he is well-known for his long-running role as Rolf on the Cartoon Network series Ed, Edd n Eddy, a character he voiced from 1999 to 2009. His other notable voice credits include Wing Saber in Transformers: Cybertron, Whiplash in Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Tail Terrier in Krypto the Superdog, and various roles in series such as My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and The Dragon Prince.

In addition to his acting, Kelamis has worked as a stand-up comedian and impressionist, and has also ventured into screenwriting. He won a Leo Award for Best Screenwriting in a Music, Comedy, or Variety Program or Series in 2007. His career demonstrates a significant presence in the voice acting industry, particularly within anime and animated series produced in Canada during the late 1990s and 2000s.
