Hope Levy is an American voice actress and singer-songwriter with a career spanning animation, video games, and musical theater. She is recognized in the anime community for her work on English dubs of Studio Ghibli films and for voicing the character Cosmo in the Phuuz Entertainment dub of the long-running anime series Shin Chan. Her early career included work as a child performer; she recorded a single titled Hope and Her Friends at the age of seven and sang on children's records with folk singer Malvina Reynolds. Levy has a background in musical theater, having performed lead roles in Los Angeles productions of Les Misérables at the Shubert Theatre and The Rocky Horror Show at the Tiffany Theatres.
