Patrice Keller is a French actor born on May 1, 1952, who has worked extensively in dubbing for film and animation. He trained at the Cours Simon in Paris. Keller’s voice acting career includes a notable role in the Dragon Ball franchise, where he portrayed Commander White in the fourth film, known in French as Dragon Ball: L'Armée du Ruban Rouge, which corresponds to Dragon Ball Movie 4: The Path to Power. Beyond this role, his work in animation spans several major series from the 1990s. He provided voices for multiple characters in the 1994 Fantastic Four series, including Doctor Doom, Galactus, Gorgon, Karnak, Maximus, Ego, Krang, and Annihilus. He also voiced Galactus again in the Silver Surfer animated series and Ultimo in an episode of Iron Man. His other animation credits include roles in Afro Samurai, providing additional voices, and the French dub of the Studio Ghibli film From Up on Poppy Hill, where he played the receptionist. In live-action dubbing, Keller is recognized as the regular French voice for actor Martin Kove, playing the character John Kreese in the Karate Kid film series and reprising the role in the subsequent series Cobra Kai. His extensive dubbing filmography also includes work on series such as The Sopranos, Stargate SG-1, and Dharma and Greg.
