Haruka Takahashi is a Japanese voice actress known for her versatility across anime, video games, and dubbing. Born on April 9 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, she is affiliated with the talent agency RME. Her background is notably unique within the voice acting industry, as she graduated from Hokkaido University, where she specialized in marine science and conducted research on jellyfish detection using echo sounders.

Takahashi began her voice acting career after a brief period working at a publishing company. She was initially represented by Kekke Corporation before moving to her current agency, RME. Her early anime work included minor roles in series such as Uta no Prince-sama: Maji LOVE 1000% and Rio RainbowGate!.
