Myriem Akheddiou is a Belgian actress and voice artist known for her work in French-language dubbing of anime and animated series. Born on September 27, 1978, in Brussels, she trained at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where she earned a first prize in drama and declamation in 2002. While she has an extensive career in live-action film and television, including award-winning roles in works by the Dardenne brothers, she is also recognized for lending her voice to several characters in major anime franchises.

In the anime series Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Akheddiou provides the French voice for the character Quetzalcoatl, also known as Coatl. This character is an easygoing former goddess and a friend of the dragon Tohru who takes the form of a human woman.

Akheddiou is also the French voice of Alexia in the Pokémon anime series, a role she performed in Pokémon: Black & White and reprised in Pokémon XY. Alexia is a journalist from the Kalos region who travels with the main character Sacha (Ash Ketchum) and his friends during the Décolores Islands arc and appears in multiple episodes of the XY season. In addition to her television work in the franchise, she voiced the mother of two children in the sixteenth Pokémon film, Genesect and the Legend Awakened.

Beyond her anime voice roles, Akheddiou has received critical recognition for her on-screen work, including a Magritte Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the 2019 film Le Jeune Ahmed.
