Masaaki Ishikawa is a Japanese voice actor born on January 27, 1975, in Nasukarasuyama, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. He is known for a career that began in the 1990s, during which he has provided voices for a variety of anime series, video games, and drama CDs. He is a graduate of the Yoyogi Animation Academy and has previously been affiliated with the agencies Ark Production and ONE UP. Currently, Ishikawa works as a freelance voice actor.
Ishikawa is recognized for his energetic and youthful vocal quality, which he has brought to a wide range of supporting and lead roles. Among his most notable television anime roles is Kentaro Minami in the long-running sports series The Prince of Tennis.
