Jamal Fahim is a Moroccan actor and voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of anime and video games. His anime credits include the role of Shun Sayama in the series A Lull in the Sea. In this production, he voiced the character for 14 to 17 episodes, in addition to providing other voices for the show. The series was produced by Bang Zoom! Entertainment, a studio known for English dubbing of Japanese anime.

Beyond anime, Fahim has an extensive career voicing characters in video games. His game credits include roles in Wasteland 2: Director's Cut, Wasteland 3, Astral Chain, Nancy Drew: The Shattered Medallion, and various titles from EleFun Games and Big Fish Games. He also performed voice work for projects associated with the band Linkin Park, including Linkin Park Recharge - Wastelands. In feature animation, he provided the voice for Dodgey Dog in the 2019 film The Queen's Corgi.
