Kouki Akaishi is a Japanese voice actor born on November 28, 1979, in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. He is currently a freelance voice actor and was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Akaishi is known for his work in early 2000s anime series, contributing voice performances in a range of supporting roles.

His most widely recognized role is Norio Koga in the 2003 dark fantasy horror anime Shadow Star Narutaru. This character is notable for being a male sculptor with a feminine appearance who forms a deep bond with another character, Takeo Tsurumaru. Beyond this role, Akaishi's other anime voice credits include minor parts in several other series. In 2000, he played the role of Sachi Ai in Magical Circle Guru Guru. The following year, in 2001, he voiced a club member and a boy in Captain Tsubasa. His final known anime voice role to date is in the 2005 series Izumo: Takeki Tsurugi no Senki, where he voiced the characters Minakata and Nen B.
