Terri Hawkes is a Canadian actress and voice artist recognized for her extensive work in animation and anime, particularly as the voice of the title character in the original English dub of Sailor Moon. With a career spanning over thirty years, she has contributed to numerous series and films, often taking on leading roles in iconic franchises.

Hawkes is best known as the second English voice actress for Serena Tsukino, the civilian identity of Sailor Moon, in the DiC and Optimum Productions dubbing of the series. She took over the role early in the first season, voicing the character for a significant portion of the original run. Her portrayal as the lead Guardian is featured in the Sailor Moon television series as well as the feature films Sailor Moon R: The Movie, Sailor Moon S: The Movie, and Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie. In addition to performing the character, she also served as an assistant voice director for the series.

Beyond her signature role in Sailor Moon, Hawkes has voiced characters in other notable anime and animated projects. She provided the English voice for Aya Watsuji in the anime adaptation of the visual novel Interlude. Her voice acting portfolio also includes the role of Princess Sissi in the historical anime Princess Sissi. In the superhero genre, she voiced Polaris (Lorna Dane) in the 1990s X-Men animated series.
