Reon Tanie is a Japanese voice actor and singer from Niigata Prefecture, born on June 19, 1996. He began his entertainment career in 2022, making his debut as a voice actor through the multimedia music anime project Rhapsody, produced by Rockin' On. In this project, he landed the role of Rakki Kokonoe, a vocalist and guitarist for the fictional folk unit Bluebird, marking his first major voice acting credit. His involvement in Rhapsody also served as his entry into the music industry, as he performed as a member of Bluebird, which released singles under the Dreamusic label. He was also part of Sing 4 Rhapsody, a special vocalist unit from the project that released the song I Believe.

In March 2024, Tanie announced his departure from his then-agency, RO Japan Agency. By May 2024, he had joined the agency ANDSTIR, which represents other established talents such as Kenjiro Tsuda. Later that year, in October 2024, he secured his first regular role in a television anime series, voicing the character Mametaro Tanizuka in The Monster Professor's School. Beyond anime, his voice work extends to video games; he is set to voice Ryotaro Ukifune in the 2025 game ROAD59 - New Era, Yakuza District. He has also been involved in digital comics, such as voicing a veterinarian in Cats Prefer Cat Food Too.

Alongside his voice acting, Tanie maintains an active presence in live performances, having participated in numerous Rhapsody showcase concerts in Tokyo between 2022 and 2023. He is known for his warm voice and versatility as a performer, with skills in singing and playing the guitar being integral to his artistic identity.
