Jean-Marie Boyer is a French actor, voice actor, author, stage director, adaptation writer, and dubbing director. Born on December 6, 1951, in Hyères, France, he has an extensive career in French dubbing, contributing to both live-action and animated productions.

In the realm of anime and animation, Boyer has voiced a variety of characters. He is known for providing the voice of Toshiro in the series Harlock Saga. His other notable voice roles in Japanese animation include Masami Eri in Serial Experiments Lain, Dr. Yuki in Sol Bianca, the chef in the film You're Under Arrest, and the major Claudo in City Hunter: Bay City Wars. He also contributed additional voices to the film City Hunter: Goodbye My Sweetheart. Beyond Japanese anime, he voiced Yé Yé in the children's series Ni Hao, Kai-Lan and had a significant role in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, where he voiced characters such as Leatherhead, Dr. Victor Falco, and the Rat King.
