Shinichi Fukumoto is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 13, 1961, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Me & Her Corporation. With a career spanning both live-action television and anime, he has often been cast in supporting and guest roles. In live-action, his television drama credits include appearances in the popular series Gokusen and Legal High.
As a voice actor in anime, Fukumoto is known for playing Tachibana in the series Gokusen. Another notable anime role is Chō Sawagejō in Rurouni Kenshin: New Kyoto Arc. His additional voice work includes portraying Oda Nobunaga in the long-running series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo.
