Kozue Harashima is a Japanese voice actress born on June 7 in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce.

Harashima began her voice acting career in 2005 with a role in the anime series Peach Girl. Over the years, she has built a steady career by taking on a wide variety of supporting roles in numerous anime productions.
