Kaede Okutani is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime and games. Born on September 14, 1993, in Shiga Prefecture, she is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Her career began after she graduated from the media and arts program at Osaka University of Arts Junior College.

Okutani first pursued voice acting professionally after being inspired during high school. In 2014, she was a finalist in the All Japan Bishojo Contest, a joint audition project between Oscar Promotion and Aoni Production, which served as a gateway into the industry. Following this, she became a member of the short-term unit Honeyce Girls along with other finalists. Her early career also included being selected as the fourth generation Game Angel for Weekly Famitsu magazine in 2016.

Okutani made her anime debut in 2015 with a role in the series Kagewani. One of her early significant roles came in 2016 when she voiced Miyabi Azumaya in the science fiction series Dimension W. She is also recognized for playing Takako Tashiro, a student council member, in the supernatural slice-of-life series Elegant Yokai Apartment Life.

Throughout her career, Okutani has specialized in supporting and guest roles across a wide variety of popular series. Her extensive list of credits includes appearances in The Disastrous Life of Saiki K, Natsume's Book of Friends Season 5, Kemono Friends,ClassicaLoid, and One Piece. She also voiced a character in the mobile game adaptation of Kemono Friends and has acted in the franchise World Trigger. In addition to her on-screen work, she has hosted several online programs on the SHOWROOM platform and served as a radio personality.
