He was born into a family deeply involved in the entertainment industry; his parents were actors Ismael Larumbe Sr. and Amparo Garrido, and his siblings Ismael Larumbe and Clemen Larumbe are also established voice actors. Larumbe began working professionally at the age of nine, starting his career at the studios Rivatón de América under the direction of his mother and Magdalena Ruvalcaba.
Larumbe is most recognized for his contributions to the Saint Seiya franchise, known in Spanish as Los Caballeros del Zodiaco. He has voiced multiple characters across various installments of the series. His most consistent role is Tokumaru Tatsumi, the loyal butler to the Kido family, a character he voiced throughout the original classic anime series.
