Armando Larumbe is a Mexican dubbing actor known for his extensive work in anime and television voice-over. He was born into a family deeply involved in the entertainment industry; his parents were actors Ismael Larumbe Sr. and Amparo Garrido, and his siblings Ismael Larumbe and Clemen Larumbe are also established voice actors. Larumbe began working professionally at the age of nine, starting his career at the studios Rivatón de América under the direction of his mother and Magdalena Ruvalcaba.

Larumbe is most recognized for his contributions to the Saint Seiya franchise, known in Spanish as Los Caballeros del Zodiaco. He has voiced multiple characters across various installments of the series. His most consistent role is Tokumaru Tatsumi, the loyal butler to the Kido family, a character he voiced throughout the original classic anime series. He later reprised this role for the Netflix CGI reboot adaptation of the series. In the 2014 CGI film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary, he provided the voice of Aioros of Sagittarius. Other roles within the same franchise include Mu of Aries, Kanon of Gemini, and a character named Reda. His voice work on Saint Seiya spans from the early 1990s to as recent as 2024, when he returned as Tatsumi for the Crunchyroll release of Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac - Battle for Sanctuary.

Beyond anime, his dubbing credits include supporting roles in live-action films such as Mad Max, The Dead Poets Society, Robocop 3, and Street Fighter: The Last Battle. He has also performed voice work for television series and has made small appearances in Mexican telenovelas and theater productions.
