Axel Gottschick is a German actor and voice actor born in 1953 in Göttingen, Germany. His career spans theater, television, film, and extensive voice work for radio dramas, audiobooks, and animated series.

In the field of anime and animated productions, Gottschick has provided German voice dubbing for several notable roles. He is known for playing Kai Ashimoto's Grandfather in the anime film Lu Over the Wall, the role of Gareth in the series Divine Gate, and Sakezou Sado in the series Star Blazers 2199. His other voice acting roles in anime include parts in the series Akame ga Kill!, The Seven Deadly Sins, and World Trigger.

Beyond animation, Gottschick has worked as a voice actor for video games, providing the German voice for the character Ermion in the critically acclaimed title The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
