Patricia Lissa Kashiwaba Li Martins, known professionally as Li Martins, is a Brazilian actress, singer, composer, and dubbing voice actress. Born on March 29, 1984 in Sertanópolis, Brazil, she began her career on the talent segment Jovens Talentos on the Raul Gil program. She later became a member of the pop group Rouge.

In the field of anime voice acting, Li Martins is known for her role as Yuho Ebina in the 2017 anime film Lu Over the Wall, which was released in Brazil under the title Lu Está Livre. The film was produced by the animation studio Science Saru and directed by Masaaki Yuasa. In this production, she voiced the character who is a classmate of the protagonist Kai and the heir to the Ebina Seafood company, the largest business in the town of Hinashi. The Brazilian Portuguese dubbing was performed at Marmac Group studios under the direction of Danilo Diniz.

Beyond her work in anime, Li Martins has contributed to the dubbing of various other media. Her voice credits include additional voices in the film Elio, the series Willow, The Legend of the Lost Treasure: On the Edge of History, and the role of Lady Mariko Toda in the series Shogun: The Glorious Saga of Japan. She also provided the singing voice for a character in the film Terrifier 2.
