Connor Parnall is a Canadian voice actor born on February 27, 1994 in Kimberley, British Columbia, Canada. From a young age, he performed in local theater productions and trained in various forms of dance. At age sixteen, he moved to Cranbrook, British Columbia to attend Mount Baker Secondary School. After graduating in 2012, he attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria, British Columbia. While still in college, he attended voice acting workshops led by voice actress Tracey Moore, and through that connection joined the talent agency Lauren Levitt & Associates Inc. in 2013. He regularly traveled to Vancouver for auditions and commercial work while completing his studies. Upon completing the two year college program in 2014, he moved to Vancouver to pursue a career in voice acting. He worked primarily as a commercial voice actor until his first animation break in 2017.

Parnall is best known for providing the starring voice of Kai in the Netflix original animated series The Hollow. He voiced this lead role throughout the show's twenty episodes. In the same year, he began voicing Silas Karlisle in the English version of the anime series Beyblade Burst God, also known as Beyblade Burst Evolution. This character appears as a recurring role in the second season of the Beyblade Burst series. He also provided voice work for an episode of the animated series Superbook around the same time. Additional credits include a role in the 2017 film Last Night In Suburbia.

In Beyblade Burst God, Parnall was part of an English voice cast that included Sabrina Pitre as Valt Aoi, Matt Hill as Rantaro Kiyama, and Adrian Petriw as Shu Kurenai. On The Hollow, he worked alongside voice actress Ashleigh Ball. His other professional activities have included commercial voice acting in Vancouver.
