Haruka Miyake is a Japanese voice actress from Osaka Prefecture. Her birthday is April 24. She is a graduate of the Nihon Narration Acting Institute and has been affiliated with the talent agency imenterprise since April 2015.

Miyake began her anime voice acting career in 2016 with a small role as a female student in the series Shakunetsu no Takkyuu Musume. She gained wider recognition the following year for her performance as Saki Kanda in the romantic comedy series Tsuredure Children, which premiered in July 2017. This role remains one of her most prominent anime credits.

Also in 2017, she had voice roles in the anime series DYNAMIC CHORD as an audience member and in the second season of Love Live! Sunshine!! as a female student. She also appeared in NEW GAME!! and the game adaptations for mobile platforms such as Tsuyokute New Game and Destiny of Crown. In 2018, her anime work included roles in Cardfight!! Vanguard, citrus, and Sword Art Online: Alicization, for which she voiced a receptionist. She also appeared in the series Final Note.

In addition to her television work, Miyake has contributed to several video game titles. Her later game credits include voicing the character Kaname Nonomiya in the 2021 title Gal*Gun Returns, as well as its related 2023 and 2024 installments Gal Guardians: Demon Purge and Card-En-Ciel. For her role as Nonomiya, she also performed the theme songs. Beyond voice acting, she appeared in the 2020 live-action film adaptation of Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku.
