Elena Nyffeler is a Swiss-born actress, voice actress, and director who has worked in the German anime dubbing industry. Born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1990 and raised in Switzerland, she pursued formal training in acting at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch in Berlin, later studying film directing at the Hamburg Media School, where she graduated in 2022. Her professional career as a voice actress became active around 2017.

One of her most recognized voice roles in anime is the character Shinobu Yuuki in the series UQ Holder. For the German-language dub of this series, she performed under the name Elena Pilar Nyffeler, voicing Shinobu Yuuki, a young girl who is a fan of the series protagonist Touta Konoe and later becomes his contractual partner. In the credits for this production, the role is sometimes listed under the character’s Japanese name, Sayaka Harada.

Nyffeler’s additional work in anime voice acting includes roles in the series A.I.C.O. Incarnation, where she voiced the character Yuzuha Isazu as well as various other incidental characters. Beyond her voice work for animated series, her background includes extensive work as a stage actress at venues such as the Theater Heidelberg and as a freelance performer, in addition to her work as a film director and creative director.
