Louise Chamis is an American voice actress known for her work in the English dubbing of anime films and television series, with a career spanning from the early 1980s into the mid-2000s. She began her voice acting career in 1981, providing additional voices for the English version of the first Mobile Suit Gundam theatrical film. Over the following decades, Chamis built an extensive body of work, contributing to approximately thirty-five productions across animation, film, and video games.
Chamis took on a variety of character roles in numerous anime series. In the 2003 science fiction series Texhnolyze, she voiced the Grand Mothers. That same year, she appeared in Mermaid Forest, also known as Mermaid Saga, providing the voices for Elders, a Nanny, and an Old Woman. Her other anime voice credits include Mrs. Nulette in The Dog of Flanders (1997), the Librarian Witch in Tweeny Witches: The Adventures, Yaobikuni in Blade of the Immortal, and part-time worker and elder roles in Rumiko Takahashi Anthology and Mermaid Forest. She also voiced Jane Rublev in the series IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix. In the original video animation The Flower and the Phoenix, Chamis played the character Kikuyo. Her film work in anime includes the role of the Elder in The Fantastic Adventures of Unico, Mother in Catnapped! The Movie, and Lou in Sea Prince and the Fire Child. She also contributed to the English dubs of El-Hazard: The Wanderers and Paranoia Agent.

In the 1991 hybrid animated film Rock-A-Doodle, she played Minnie Rabbit, and in Rover Dangerfield, she provided various farm animal voices. She performed ADR group work for the 1998 film The Prince of Egypt. Chamis is also recognized for her work with Disney, having voiced the Evil Queen, also known as the Witch, in the television series House of Mouse from 2001 to 2003. Her other television animation credits include roles in The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries and Wildfire. She also ventured into video game voice acting, portraying the Wicked Queen Witch in the 1999 game Villains Revenge and contributing to titles such as Stonekeep and Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb.
