Mikey Kelley is an American voice actor known for a diverse body of work in animation and video games. Born on November 14, 1973, and a graduate of Emerson College, Kelley landed his first major voice-over role as the lead character David Carter in Steven Spielberg's animated series Invasion America for The WB Network.

Kelley's career includes a mix of film, television, and video game performances. In feature animation, he is perhaps best known for voicing the role of Michelangelo in the 2007 computer-animated film TMNT. He also contributed to the English dub of the Studio Ghibli film When Marnie Was There, providing the voice for the character Takeshi.

In television animation, Kelley has had several notable recurring roles. He voiced the Silver Surfer in The Super Hero Squad Show and played Higgins in the Disney series Elena of Avalor. His extensive voice credits also include roles in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Ben 10, Harvey Beaks, and Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase. As requested, one of his roles is Heatseeker, along with Heatmark and an Opposing Captain, in the 2015 Transformers: Robots in Disguise series.

Beyond animation, Kelley has an extensive portfolio in video games. He was the original voice of the title character Ratchet in the 2002 game Ratchet & Clank. Other prominent game credits include roles in the Halo series, the Viewtiful Joe series as Alastor, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Mad Max. His career has seen him collaborate with many fellow voice actors on numerous projects, including frequent team-ups with notable performer Dee Bradley Baker.
