Madoka Kashihara is the Japanese manga artist and writer known for creating the comedy series 4-Nin wa Sorezore Uso o Tsuku, also known in English as The Little Lies We All Tell. Kashihara is credited as both the author and illustrator of this original work.

The manga began serialization in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine on April 9, 2020, and concluded on March 9, 2023. The series was collected into three tankōbon volumes, with the first released on December 17, 2020, followed by the second on April 7, 2022, and the third on May 9, 2023.

The series follows four middle school girls named Rikka, Chiyo, Sekine, and Tsubasa, who are best friends but each hide a secret from the others: Rikka is an alien, Chiyo is a runaway ninja, Sekine is a psychic capable of reading minds, and Tsubasa is a boy disguising himself as his older sister to attend school.

An anime television adaptation produced by Studio Flad aired from October 16 to December 25, 2022, on ABC and TV Asahi's ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block. The 11-episode series was directed by Makoto Hoshino, with scripts by Megumi Shimizu. Kashihara is formally credited as the original creator for this adaptation. The anime was licensed for international streaming by Crunchyroll.
