Bernardo Gavinha, born in 1994, is a Portuguese actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing for film, television, and video games. He holds a degree from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School (ESTC) and has a professional theatre background from the Academia Contemporânea do Espetáculo, in addition to a postgraduate degree in Dramaturgy and Scriptwriting from ESMAE. His artistic training also includes music, with formal study of violin and piano.

Gavinha is a member of the children's musical group Panda e os Caricas, contributing to studio recordings for several successful children's albums. He has also worked in television and film, including a role in the award-winning movie Verão Danado.

His most recognized voice role is Kiawe in the Portuguese dub of the Pokémon anime series, specifically in Pokémon Sun & Moon, its Ultra Adventures and Ultra Legends sequels, and later in Pokémon Journeys. He has also contributed additional voices to other entries in the franchise, such as Pokémon Journeys: Master Series and Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us.

Beyond Pokémon, Gavinha's voice acting credits span a wide range of animated series. He is the voice of Luke Kallister in Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens, Gordon in the later seasons of Thomas & Friends, Benny in Jellystone!, and Hugo in the Adventure Time special Adventure Time: Distant Lands. His other television roles include Speedy (Red Arrow) in Justice League Action, Sebastian Verlac in Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments, and characters in series like Kid Cosmic, Heartstopper, Invincible, and Fallout. He has also voiced Billy Cranston (the Blue Ranger) in Power Rangers: Cosmic Fury and the special Power Rangers: Once & Always.

In video games, Gavinha has provided voice work for major titles, including roles in Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West, and Detroit: Become Human.
