Rafael Albert, born in 1992 in Linz, Austria, is an Austrian actor, singer, and voice actor who primarily works in German-language dubbing. He began his performance training at the age of sixteen in Vienna, completing a three-year private education followed by a bachelor's degree in musical entertainment theater at the Music and Arts Private University of Vienna. After his studies, he relocated to Berlin in 2016 to work as a voice actor for cinema and television productions.

In the field of anime, Albert provides the German voice for several notable characters. He voices Teruteru Hanamura, the Ultimate Cook, in the Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Despair Arc, as well as in the related Hope Arc. He also plays the character Hakata Toushirou in the series Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru. Additional anime credits include Hideki Ishida and Youhei Kawase in Kuroko's Basketball, Nils Ragus in Black Clover, and B-ou Tanaka in Maken-Ki! Battling Venus.

Beyond anime, Albert's voice acting career in Germany encompasses a wide range of roles in film and television.
