Kyouko Fujii is a Japanese voice actress and stage performer born on January 21, 1988, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of the third class of the Atomic Monkey Voice Acting & Performance Institute and was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Atomic Monkey. As of 2025, Fujii works as a freelance artist. In addition to her voice work, she is active in theater and is a member of the Hero Hero Q Company, a stage troupe run by voice actor Tomokazu Seki.

Fujii began her voice acting career in the early 2010s. Her early anime roles included minor characters in series such as Gintama, Dog Days, and Doraemon. In 2012, she voiced the character Sasha in the television anime Sword Art Online. She is also recognized for providing the voice of Pashet in the anime OZMAFIA!!, which is based on the visual novel of the same name. The character Pashet is the don of the Famiglia Boots, a knight known for her strong sense of justice and serious demeanor.

Beyond her anime roles, Fujii has contributed to several video games. She voiced various characters in the mobile role-playing game Shironeko Project, including Erina Grevich, Poplar Harvey, and Komugi Crocus. Her other video game work includes roles in Muv-Luv Alternative Chronicles and OZMAFIA!! -vivace-. Fujii also appeared in the 2012 live-action film The Servant, playing a character named Minna.
