Natascha Pavia is a German voice actor known for her work in the German-language dubbing of anime series. Her most widely recognized role is providing the German voice for the character Jasminka Antonenko in the anime series Little Witch Academia. In the original Japanese version, Jasminka is voiced by Reina Ueda.

Beyond Little Witch Academia, Pavia has voiced roles in several other anime titles. She is the German voice of Margaret Mitchell in Bungo Stray Dogs and Collon in WorldEnd: What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us?. Additional anime voice credits include the character Aoi in Midnight Occult Civil Servants and Power Ash in The Dungeon of Black Company.

Her voice acting work also extends to non-anime productions. She has voiced Miss Martian in LEGO DC Super Hero Girls and a character named Rosie in the childrens series Thomas & seine Freunde, the German version of Thomas & Friends. Pavia has also dubbed roles for live-action television series, including staff member Laura in Designated Survivor, Jules in You Me Her, Rosa de Vargas in The Spanish Princess, and Mary Abel Dutton in 1883.
