Maria Helena Pader is a Brazilian actress and voice actor known for a career spanning over four decades in dubbing, particularly for animation series and films. She began her voice work in the 1970s and was long associated with the Herbert Richers dubbing studio in Brazil. In addition to her voice acting, she also appeared in numerous Brazilian telenovelas, including roles in Pecado Capital, Água Viva, Baila Comigo, Corpo a Corpo, and as the governess Julia in O Rei do Gado.

In the field of anime, one of her notable roles is providing the Brazilian Portuguese voice for Professor Nelson, the strict broom-flying instructor at Luna Nova Academy, in the series Little Witch Academia. Her extensive career in animation also includes voicing the character Kan in Winnie the Pooh and Hidrolga in The Fairly OddParents. Beyond animation, she is well recognized for dubbing live-action film and television roles, such as the villainess Cruella de Vil in 101 Dalmatians, Fran in the series Dinosaurs, Morticia Addams in The Addams Family, the Evil Queen in Shrek the Third, and Sarabi in The Lion King.

Throughout her career, Maria Helena Pader became known as the recurring Brazilian voice for several acclaimed actresses, including Glenn Close, Anjelica Huston, Helen Mirren, Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, and Emma Thompson. She retired from professional dubbing in 2018.
